We’re looking for Registered Social Workers (MSW with clinical designation) to join our Edmonton Central DiveThru Crew!

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based, culturally responsive, and trauma‑informed counselling to specialized populations (children, teens, adults, couples, families, groups)
• Integrate DiveThru app features (booking portal, clinically validated measures, task tracking). Training is provided.
• Attend team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to maintain quality care.
• Commit to DiveThru’s clinical values: person‑centred care, cultural sensitivity, feedback‑informed approach, compassion, and empathy.

Skills

• Clinical training in evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman Method, etc.
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education

Requirements

• Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and/or adults, with couples, family, or group therapy as an asset
• Registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers in good standing
• Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus
• Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics
• See a minimum of 15 clients per week (in‑person and virtually)

Salary

The rate of this contract is $132 per session.
