The Day-to-Day Activities:Ensure the achievement of sales target for KPR ProductsProcessing the Acquisition of targeted new customer (mortgage) with build partnership with Developers and BranchesIncrease cross selling between lending and funding productEnsure the loan process in line with the policy and regulationCoordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external loan supportProviding premium customer serviceMaintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solutionProviding referrals for new developers, property agent or other referral source

The Must-Have:Minimum Bachelor DegreeMin 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales/ RM ConsumerGood knowledge of banking lending and ConsumerWell developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skillsGood at selling/influencingGood Analytical Skills
