Description Fueling Success in this Role:

Join the fast‑growing VP Racing Fuel Branded Retail team as the Branded Retail West Coast Sales Manager focused on expanding our brand across gas stations, marinas, and retail fuel locations. You will drive new partnerships by helping independent operators upgrade to the high‑performance VP brand and retail program, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic growth plans.

Location Remote; residency required in one of the following states: California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona.

Responsibilities

Lead sales development efforts and guide customers to our branding solutions.

Expand VP brand presence across convenience stores, gas stations, car washes, quick lube, and marinas.

Collaborate with executive leadership on marketing and business strategies.

Manage everyday logistics with professionalism, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field plus at least one (1) year of professional experience in sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Highly organized, capable of managing multiple duties with accuracy and timeliness.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and dependable communication skills.

Ability to establish effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
