Remote Customer Service Representative – 100% Remote (Symetra)
Symetra is looking for friendly, reliable customer service professionals who enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast‑paced call center environment.

Schedule Snapshot
- 8:00am – 4:30pm EST
- 9:30am – 6:00pm EST
What You Need
- 2-3+ years of customer service experience or a Bachelor's degree
- Comfortable on phones & computers all day
- Fast, accurate data entry (7,000+ KPH)
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Friendly, team‑first attitude
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
Job Type & Location
Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT. 100% remote.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
