• Define and maintain a target architecture for integrated marketing technology and data systems.
• Streamline data integration and standardize reporting frameworks across platforms.
• Hire and lead a high-impact engineering team focused on GTM systems.
• Balance quick wins with longer-term investments in technology and processes.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance GTM strategies.
• Establish data governance and monitoring standards for GTM systems.

Requirements

• 15+ years in software or data engineering with experience in GTM or marketing systems.
• Strong technical skills in APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation systems like Marketo.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data and analytics teams.
• Experience leading small, agile engineering teams.
