Remote Finance Manager

In this role, you will have a significant impact on intercompany centralization and transfer pricing execution within a complex multi-entity environment. You will drive process improvements, stabilize SAP, and navigate the complexities from acquisitions and global operations. This position demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless close and reporting processes. Accountabilities Support the design and execution of intercompany centralized operating models Drive end-to-end intercompany process improvements Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, and OTC Reduce fragmentation and inefficiencies in processes Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs) Execute transfer pricing processes, including cross-charges and allocations Leverage SAP PaPM for transfer pricing calculations and automation Ensure accurate and timely reporting during month-end close activities Lead cross-functional projects and support acquisition integration Deliver automation and efficiency improvements to enhance operational capabilities Requirements 8+ years of Accounting/Finance experience Strong intercompany accounting experience Proven transfer pricing experience SAP (S/4HANA) and PaPM experience required Project management experience Experience in centralization and process improvement Strong understanding of close and consolidation processes Ability to operate strategically and hands-on Experience working across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Operations Strong stakeholder management skills Benefits Remote work flexibility Opportunities for professional development Collaborative work environment Contributing to meaningful advancements in healthcare Competitive compensation Data Privacy Notice: By submitting your application, you acknowledge that Jobgether will process your personal data to evaluate your candidacy and share relevant information with the hiring employer.
