Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end payment experiences across web interfaces and conversational AI agents.
- Translate complex payment workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational interfaces.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers on product direction.
- Use data and experimentation to iterate on designs and improve key metrics.
- Contribute to design systems by establishing reusable patterns for AI-native experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of product design experience delivering user experiences for digital products.
- Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic.
