Remote Senior Technical PM — Cloud & Data Delivery Lead

Location: Wisconsin (Required) – Remote (90–100%) with potential onsite

Duration: Through 6/30/2027 (extension possible)

Rate: $55-59/hour

Overview

Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technical and infrastructure projects supporting a Child Support modernization initiative. This role requires strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and data/integration environments, including AWS and Informatica IDMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical and infrastructure projects across application and data environments
• Manage full project lifecycle: charter, scope, planning, execution, delivery
• Develop and maintain project documentation, artifacts, and deliverables
• Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Drive requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and cost/benefit evaluations
• Build and lead project teams to meet milestones and deliverables
• Act as liaison between TSS, FESTS, and technical teams
• Support initiatives across on‑premise systems and Amazon AWS environments
• Ensure alignment with SDLC, policies, and organizational standards
• Conduct UAT, system testing, and validation of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience leading large‑scale technical or infrastructure projects
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Expertise in project documentation (charters, scope, deliverables)
• Experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and analysis
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, MS Project
• Experience with testing strategies (UAT, system testing)
• Ability to manage complex systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and cloud environments
• Exposure to Informatica IDMC, ETL, data integration, data pipelines
• Knowledge of State of Wisconsin privacy regulations
• Experience supporting government or public sector initiatives
