Accountabilities

• Define the engineering strategy, aligning roadmap and investments with company direction.
• Lead a distributed engineering organization, supporting senior leadership and teams.
• Drive operational excellence with metrics, incident management, and reliability practices.
• Champion AI-native practices in workflows and products.
• Collaborate with Product Management for efficient engineering-product alignment.
• Engage with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Work with various departments to meet enterprise needs and strategic goals.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions and external forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large engineering teams in a distributed setting.
• Strong technical credibility in architecture and engineering quality.
• Experience in building scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Hands‑on experience modernizing applications into modular architectures.
• Background in developing design systems for product and platform collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI in product development and workflows.
• Effective communication skills in a remote, documentation‑heavy culture.
• Strength in cross‑functional leadership and business case development.
