The company delivers innovative, made-in-India solutions that substitute imports and meet global standards of performance and reliability.For more details, visit:Flow Reactor SystemsPosition OverviewThe Research Chemist will be responsible for executing and optimizing chemical reactions using continuous flow systems. The role involves hands-on experimental work, process development, data analysis, and preparation of technical reports to support product and process improvement for commercial applications.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical synthesis and process optimization using continuous flow and bench-scale reactor systems.Monitor reaction performance using analytical tools such as TLC, GC, and HPLC, and record experimental data accurately.Plan and execute experiments focused on improving yields, throughput, and process stability.Conduct literature searches and benchmarking to support new application development and system demonstrations.Maintain laboratory equipment, chemical inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.Prepare technical documentation, process reports, and client presentations based on experimental results.Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss technical findings and contribute to product development and scale-up strategies.Support client projects and demonstrations by coordinating with the engineering and service teams.Qualifications and SkillsB.Tech, M.Tech, or MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or related disciplines.Hands-on experience with flow chemistry, continuous processes, or laboratory reactor systems preferred.Practical knowledge of analytical instruments and their operation.Strong technical aptitude with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document experimental data clearly.Organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing day-to-day lab work.Up to 5 years of experience preferred
