Exciting GM opportunity available now for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead an upscale steak & seafood restaurant in Durham, NC. This is a chance to be part of a polished, high-energy concept known nationally for exceptional food, elevated service, and a strong hospitality culture.
We are seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in upscale dining, knows how to build winning teams, and is passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences while driving strong financial performance.
Additional Executive Chef & FOH Manager needs available too in the Raleigh-Durham area.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
- Bonus Potential: 30–40% of base (high-performing leaders can earn significantly more)

What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with excellence
- Build, train, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team
- Deliver consistent, elevated guest experiences
- Drive sales, profitability, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Partner with ownership and leadership during the exciting opening phase
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale casual, fine dining, or polished casual environment - high volume concepts preferred
- Strong background in scratch concepts or steak / seafood, or chef-driven concepts preferred
- Proven success in driving sales, managing costs, and developing teams
- High energy, hospitality-first mindset, and professional leadership style
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus
