🛠 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach & inspire your team to deliver exceptional results
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness & guest experience
• Hire, train & develop team members, building future leaders
• Collaborate with FOH & BOH teams (cooking, prep, expo, catering, service)
• Resolve guest concerns, delivering hospitality excellence
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory & food costs efficiently
• Analyze reports & metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with District Manager on strategic initiatives
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years restaurant management experience preferred
• Comfortable leading FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coaching & leadership skills
• Guest-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy (POS systems, Microsoft Office, scheduling, P&L experience a plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• High School Diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
• Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
