As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help promise. In this hands-on leadership role, youll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sitesManage the customer and client experience, supporting high satisfaction and positive online reviewsSet clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activitiesDocument detailed, accurate job files to support services renderedManage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projectsCommunicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly

Additional Responsibilities

Follow and reinforce all OSHA safety standards on job sitesProtect equipment, vehicles, and materials to maximize company assetsCoach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth

Position Requirements

Valid drivers licenseHigh school diploma/GED preferredMinimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or constructionIICRC certification a plus

Skills & Physical Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objectsComfortable working with and around various cleaning agents
