What you'll do:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere, making ByGeorge clients feel valued
• Deliver an elevated shopping experience through refined, personable service.
• Build strong relationships through clienteling and personalized styling and consulting.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while addressing inquiries professionally.
• Resolve concerns promptly and with a courteous and ethical approach while maintaining high merchandising standards and contributing positively to the team environment.
• Foster a supportive team environment and seek self-improvement through training and feedback.
• Maintain an alluring shopping ambiance with updated displays and a well-organized inventory.
• Stay informed about trends to educate clientele on luxury offerings, supporting sales goals.
• Expert knowledge of all brands, products, pricing, and store procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Remain updated on competitors to identify growth opportunities for ByGeorge.
  
• Knowledge, skills, and experience determine compensation. 

Requirements:

• Three years minimum experience in retail sales and customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficient in sales and customer service with a team-oriented attitude and a vibrant, optimistic personality
• Possess a keen personal fashion sense with a strong eye for quality and trends, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Strong knowledge of designer and emerging retail labels
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
