Overview
Monmouth Cards is looking for a Store Manager to lead our UConn-area retail location. This is a fast-paced store serving a high-volume, student-driven customer base. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to create an engaging in-store experience for both new and experienced collectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations in a high-traffic environmentHire, train, and manage a team of part-time associates (including students)Drive in-store sales through strong customer engagement and product knowledgeManage inventory across sealed product, single cards, and suppliesMaintain store organization, merchandising, and cleanlinessHandle scheduling and ensure proper staffing during peak hoursBuild relationships with the local community and campus customersExecute promotions, events, and product launchesQualifications
