The Associate Director, RGM Pricing Strategy is accountable for defining and executing KCP North America’s enterprise Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy to maximize profitable growth, price realization, and competitive advantage. The role leads and develops a team of 3 revenue management strategists to rapidly translate data into clear, actionable plans that deliver meaningful profit improvement and strengthen pricing discipline across the organization.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead end-to-end RGM strategy across direct pricing execution, mix management, price-pack architecture (PPA), and commercial terms‑of‑trade inputs to maximize profitable growth, price realization, and competitiveness.
- Set pricing standards, guidelines, and controls; drive adherence and consistent execution across Sales, Category, and Finance.
- Lead inflationary and expansionary price actions, including scenario planning, risk mitigation, and implementation governance.
- Provide analysis, advice, and leadership recommendations to improve decision quality and optimize customer profitability.
- Serve as pricing authority for deal escalations; recommend actions and govern approvals to protect margin and value capture.
- Review and govern pricing-related contract terms and gross‑to‑net levers (list price, functional discounts, contract pricing, indexation, rebates/surcharges, and other non‑standard structures).
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and e‑commerce to ensure terms are compliant, financially sound, clearly documented, and aligned to strategy.
- Continuously improve escalation process, thresholds, and documentation to enable speed, transparency, and control.
- Lead execution of the strategic revenue transformation framework across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and business support teams in targeted markets; ensure compliance to business processes and controls.
- Develop and maintain policy and process for go-to-market projects, including governance, standards, and adoption mechanisms.
- Drive change management (leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications) to accelerate implementation, remove barriers, remedy issues, and capture opportunities.
- Identify, communicate, and implement best practices (internal/external) to strengthen pricing discipline and gross‑to‑net performance.
- Advance analytics-driven pricing (including pricing bands) using predictive analytics/AI, elasticity models, and structured insights to improve outcomes and decision speed.
- Create churn insights and churn-reduction actions using elasticity and predictive signals.
- Build intuitive visual management and performance tracking (dashboards/scorecards) to monitor realization, mix, leakage, and transformation progress; ensure clear visibility to leadership.
- Build capability in Sales and Category through training, tools, processes, and coaching—especially around effective revenue management and price realization balanced with customer profitability.

To Succeed: Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration preferred, or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in leading teams and influencing wider business change.
- BA or BS in an analytic field such as Finance, Engineering or Sciences, required.
- Overall 10+ years’ experience with 5+ years of pricing experience is required.
- A thorough understanding of direct and indirect B2B go-to-market and sell‑out processes is preferred.
- Pricing, Finance, or management consulting background required with a combination most desirable.
- Broad business perspective and the ability to build trust easily and speak other functions’ language to build consensus.
- Continuous improvement mind‑set and the ability to drive change collaboratively.
- Demonstrated capabilities with respect to critical thinking, consensus building and negotiation tactics to deliver strong change management throughout the organization.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to lead others in managing multiple priorities and competing time demands.
- Ability to work across the business data landscape particularly with SAP databases, Microsoft Office, Tableau, and PowerPivot tools.

Grade 7/ compensation may vary by location. Salary range: 157,720 – 194,760 USD. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the country’s role only. Kimberly‑Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
