Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager - Risk & Insurance to drive risk identification, mitigation, and insurance management for large-scale Solar & Wind EPC projects. The role involves overseeing insurance lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and managing claims effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead risk assessment and mitigation across projects and functionsManage end-to-end insurance lifecycle (placement, renewals, negotiations)Handle policies including CAR, EAR, Marine, WC, PI, Liability, IAR & Business InterruptionEnsure compliance with contractual insurance requirementsMaintain risk registers and manage claims processesCoordinate with Projects, Finance, Legal, HSE & Procurement teamsLiaise with insurance vendors and third-party agencies
Requirements8-10 years of experience in Risk & Insurance managementStrong exposure to EPC projects (Solar/Power/Infrastructure preferred)Expertise in policy management, claims handling, and risk frameworksStrong stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills
