Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality applications using best practices like TDD and quality-driven engineering Work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and build backend systems using Ruby on Rails Take complete ownership of tasks from requirement understanding to final delivery Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency while maintaining strong technical judgment Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and CircleCI Monitor system performance using tools such as Datadog Contribute to improving engineering standards, system reliability, and team practices Support mobile development initiatives using Flutter Requirement: Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Ruby on Rails Hands on with end to end SDLC Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
