Job Description
The Company: A global fintech powerhouse combining digital banking and investment tools is expanding its Mediterranean hub. Operating in over 100 countries, we provide a secure platform for individuals and businesses to manage digital assets and traditional currency. We are looking for elite talent to architect our growth in Marbella.
The Opportunity: We are currently hiring for two distinct tracks within our Marbella operation. Please specify in your application which path aligns with your expertise:
Track A: Sales Manager (The Hunter)
- The Mission: Architect the Sales Department from the ground up.
- Leadership: Recruit and mentor a team of 3–5 associates, transforming \"raw\" talent into fintech experts within 90 days.
- Closing: Proactively hunt and close high-value B2B/HNW clients (trading volumes of $10M–$20M).
- Strategy: Build sales cycles, HubSpot workflows, and commission structures from scratch.
Track B: Account Manager (The Relationship Expert)
- The Mission: Act as the \"Private Banking\" lead for our most important clients.
- Retention: Build long-term trust, guiding clients through onboarding and platform optimization.
- Upselling: Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize platform volume.
- Compliance: Partner with Product and Compliance teams to ensure KYC/AML standards are met.
Common Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership (for Sales Manager) OR 2+ years in Fintech/Crypto (for Account Manager).
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/Zendesk tools.
- Communication: Exceptional English (Fluent); Spanish or other European languages are a massive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Vibe: You are personable, driven by metrics, and thrive in a high-stakes, on-site environment.
The Package:
- Salary: €5,000 – €6,000 monthly base (depending on experience and role track).
- Incentives: Uncapped recurring commissions (Sales) or performance-based bonuses (Account Management).
- Logistics: Full-time, on-site in Marbella, Spain.
