What You'll Do
• Reach out to corporates in Bangalore and other cities to pitch monthly group bookings and
wellness events at Chakra studios
• Own the full corporate sales cycle — from cold outreach to confirmed booking
• Follow up with warm leads who have enquired but not yet booked, and convert them
• Contact first-time class attendees within 48 hours and convert them to paid membership
packs
• Track all leads, follow-ups, and closures in a CRM or structured format
• Coordinate with studio teams across cities to align on availability and event logistics
What we're looking for
• 1–3 years of B2B or service sales experience — hospitality, events, wellness, or fitness is a
strong plus
• Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships with HR managers, wellness heads,
and decision-makers
• Strong follow-up discipline — you don’t drop leads, you nurture them
• Good spoken and written English
• Familiar with CRM tools or structured sales tracking (even a well-maintained spreadsheet
counts)
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a bonus — you’ll be selling an experience
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales metrics
- Self-motivation and proactive approach to sales and business development challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
