At Next Fabrication, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to play a key role in strengthening our sales organization and creating value for our customers.
The position is based at our office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, working closely with international teams and stakeholders across our global organization.

About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will act as a central link between customers, suppliers, the technical department, and logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring structured and professional sales processes through effective price management, documentation control, logistics coordination, and high data quality.
Your role is key in securing on time delivery of our products and systems, maintaining control of inventory and stock levels, and supporting an efficient, well organized sales operation in a dynamic international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain framework agreements, pricing agreements, and customer documentationPurchasing from partners and transport companiesOngoing coordination of supplier planning and allocationsAnalysis of customer forecastsOrder handling and follow up from order intake to deliveryInventory and stock managementEnsuring high data quality across systems
Your Profile:
We expect that you have experience from a technical trading company, an industrial environment, or an engineering driven organization. In addition, you:
Have strong technical understanding and commercial insight, with the ability to familiarize yourself with systems and components for the wind industry and PV solarWork in a structured, system-oriented way and are comfortable working with numbers and dataHave experience with ERP systems and an interest in CRM systemsHave solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelThrive in a coordinating role with many internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex dataSolid business understanding and a commercial mindsetExperience with quotation calculations, pricing agreements, and margin analysisFluent in spoken and written English
