Join the sales team as a Sales Coordinator with a focus on tender support and administrative tasks, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM.
You will coordinate various sales activities, including processing orders and quotations while ensuring accurate transaction handling. This role also involves providing essential post-sales support and preparing detailed reports, including revenue forecasts. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee processing of sales orders and managing quotations • Ensure adherence to company guidelines for transactions • Assist sales team with timely provisioning and deployment • Handle customer inquiries and administrative responsibilities • Prepare and support tender document submissions accurately
Requirements: • Sales Coordinator experience is required • Ability to identify and resolve potential sales issues • Previous experience in tender documentation is needed • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
