Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel the top of our sales pipeline. As an SDR, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, consultative conversations, and building a career in B2B technology sales. You’ll work with solutions across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI, and Automation, helping businesses understand how modern technology can solve real operational challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and identify the right contacts and decision-makers
- Initiate conversations that uncover pain points, priorities, and buying intent
- Clearly articulate value propositions and qualify opportunities
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team
- Document activities, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting quotas

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound, quota-driven SDR/BDR or sales role
- Proven ability to book meetings with business decision-makers
- Experience managing tasks, activities, and pipeline within a CRM
- Familiarity with multi-touch outbound sequences and cadences
Preferred Experience
- B2B technology sales experience (IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, AI, automation)
- Experience selling into SMB or mid-market companies (25–500 employees)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, automation, or analytics assistants) to enhance productivity, customer insights, communication, and decision-making; willingness to adopt new AI-driven technologies as they evolve.
