Sales Executive - Swatragh - Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy team in Swatragh. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all sales related duties within a fast paced, customer focused environment. Dealing directly and professionally with existing customers and creating new customers. Using all resources available to satisfy the needs of the customer. Researching and identifying new business prospects.
Actively seeking out new sales and account management opportunities, through cold calling, networking and social media. Keeping on top of administrative tasks - such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems. Developing long term business relationships.
Cold calling potential customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results for both customer services and sales. Manage client relationships through full sales cycle.
Negotiating terms of sale, closing deals and handling any complaints or objections professionally and swiftly. Ensuring accurate maintenance of records. Ad hoc duties at the request of management.
What you'll need for this role: GCSE English and Maths Grades A-C. Must have 1 year of previous experience in a sales role. Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential.
