Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing transactions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, promoting company offerings, meeting sales targets, and negotiating deals.
The role also involves market research, property presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
Qualifications
Sales and Negotiation skills with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clientsMarket Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and develop sales strategiesOrganizational and Time-Management skills to handle multiple clients and projects effectivelyProficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of the local real estate marketBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldSelf-motivated, results-driven, and a team player with a customer-first approachPrevious experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
