PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand dedicated to modern, confident, and effortless style, while Bonobos pioneers exceptional fit and a personalized retail model. Customers experience the brands in over 400 Express retail stores, 50 Bonobos guide shops, and online.
Responsibilities
The Sales Leader drives operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, assists in training associates, and delivers a great in-store shopping experience.
- Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential
- Provide in‑the‑moment coaching/training to ensure efficient floor operations, customer service, coverage, and stockroom management
- Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance
- Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
- Execute action plans that optimize results
- Execute all aspects of daily store operations
- Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience
- Oversee and authorize the checkout experience
- Assist with merchandise flow, shipment, replenishment, and omni‑channel operations
- Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members
- Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time
- Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in‑store customer experiences
- Effectively resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome
- Lead and model our customer experience model
- Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Provide leadership and assistance with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, and signage placement
- Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Education: High School or equivalent
- Years of experience: 1
- Proficient with technology (iPad, registers)
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non‑business hours
- Meets physical requirements
Critical Skills & Attributes
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Effective communication with customers, peers, and supervisors
- Demonstrated sales accountability
- Collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers or processes at once

Pay Range
$20.18 – $27.55 per hour
