Now we’re expanding. And we’re hiring a remote Sales Manager based in India.

What You’ll Do

Sales Responsibilities:

• Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads
• Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation
• Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy
• Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD)

Requirements

Must Have:

• Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken)
• Strong communication, persuasion & presentation skills
• Experience in online sales / high-ticket sales
• Comfortable handling video calls and objections
• Highly disciplined, accountable, and committed
• Ability to consistently work night shifts

Preferred:

• Background in fitness / nutrition / coaching
• Understanding of client psychology & buying behavior
• Experience with CRM tools & online sales funnels

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days/Week
• 10 Hours/Day (Strict Commitment)
• Night Shift (IST): Any 10-hour window between 6:30 PM IST – 7:30 AM IST

This role requires full discipline, availability, and consistency .

Work Setup Requirements

As this is a remote role, you are expected to maintain a professional home office setup that allows you to perform your duties effectively. This includes:

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• High-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup option.
• A smartphone for communication (WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
• Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients.
• Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.

It is your responsibility to ensure these requirements are consistently met during your employment.
