What We Offer:

• $18-$20/hr (depending on experience)
• Commissions: Up to $2,500/year
• Employee Discount on Orangetheory products and services
• Flexible Scheduling (Workdays, Weekends, Mornings, or Evenings available)

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
• Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
• Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
• Motivate and Inspire: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Expertise: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Skills: 1+ years of experience delivering high‑quality customer service (preferred)
• Self‑Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability:

• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts
