Job Description:

• Drive sales growth through activation of supermarkets in the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with supermarket chains, store managers, and buying teams.
• Execute RTM plans effectively for reach and availability.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Ensure range selling, SKU availability, and visibility.
• Coordinate with distributors for stock alignment and replenishment.
• Drive in-store visibility and merchandising standards.
• Track competitor activity and market intelligence.
• Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Eligibility criteria:

• 5–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Supermarket sales (FMCG preferred)
• Strong network with supermarket chains in Mumbai
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
