Job Description
To drive Häfele’s Home Appliances business growth through strategic project-based sales across Indonesia. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key decision makers, such as developers, contractors, consultants, and property owners, to secure buy-out projects and ensure Häfele products are specified and installed according to project requirements and brand standards. Day to day responsibilities:Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and new project opportunities within the home appliances segment Present and promote home appliance products and solutions to potential clients according to project specifications and needs Build a strong relationship with all related parties.
Deeply understand about the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction • Liaise with the related departments (Supply chain, Product Management, Specifier, Finance, Marketing, Sales Admin) to get support on all technical and get the optimum supports for the customers List out and report on defining potential customers (including market info, progress, problems, solutions and results) to direct superior Your qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plusWork experience of at least 2 years in project-based B2B sales, preferably within Home Appliances, Building Materials, or Interior/Construction industries.Proven track record in handling national coverage and closing key project deals. Willing to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits across Indonesia.
