Position Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to support our in-home sales team in real time. This role is critical to our sales process—you will be the go-to decision-maker for pricing, structuring deals, and presenting financing options while our sales reps are in the customer’s home. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates clearly over the phone, and knows how to help close deals on the spot.
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from in-home sales representatives during active customer appointments Provide real-time pricing, promotions, and deal structuring to maximize close rates Guide sales reps on positioning offers and overcoming objections Present and explain financing options clearly and confidently over the phone Support sales reps in closing deals while maintaining strong margins Maintain consistency in pricing strategy and company standards Track call outcomes and continuously improve conversion performance Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong people skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations Excellent phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive Proven closing ability in a high-pressure sales environment Experience in HVAC, is highly preferred Strong understanding of financing options and how to present them effectively Quick decision-making skills with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What We’re Looking For: A “closer” who can step in and help seal the deal when it matters most Someone who can build trust quickly over the phone with both reps and customers A leader who supports the team while driving revenue and accountability Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
