Job Requirements:Min. Associate’s degreeMin. 2 years of work experience in marketing or sales within the same industry (Power Tools)Strong Knowledge of Power Tools product specifications and functionsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Having driver’s license (SIM A /SIM C) Job Description:Proactively manage customer relationships and all sales and delivery processes to achieve company targetsCollaborate with the finance team to monitor and collect customer receivables to ensure smooth cash flowProcess and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant internal parties to ensure customer satisfactionMonitor and propose promotional materials to stores in accordance with company policies and execute promotional programsConduct market research, collect data, and gather samples of new products for evaluation purposesPerform other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company
