We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing financial services team. This role plays a critical function in ensuring seamless client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and ongoing account support while contributing directly to overall sales performance. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong KYC and compliance knowledge, and are highly responsive in managing client relationships and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough client document verification (KYC) and ensure full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory standards.Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including following up on incomplete applications and reactivating dormant clients.Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses, effective coordination, and smooth service delivery.Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and prepare daily/weekly performance and activity reports.Communicate product updates, promotions, campaigns, and relevant market information to clients to support their trading or investment activities.Provide operational support to the sales team, including lead management, client retention initiatives, and sales pipeline tracking.Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Compliance, and related teams) to ensure client cases are resolved within agreed service levels (SLA), including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfer matters.
Requirements1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Support, Client Operations, or a similar client-facing administrative role (preferably within finance, investment, or insurance industries).Solid understanding of KYC procedures, client verification standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent follow-up discipline.Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience with market or investment platforms is preferred.Additional language proficiency, especially Hindi or other Asian languages, is a strong advantage.
