Job Description
- Experience: 10+ years of applicable IT experience
- Certification in Salesforce.com
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com Service cloud - Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Communities portal
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience Genesys Pure cloud (optional)
- Experienced with working in DevOps model
- Experienced working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams.
- Good Coordination and Communication skills
- Experience in Contact Center/Customer Service business area is a plus.
- Exposed to working or integrating with Automation Solutions (optional)
- Experience with leading teams involving multiple technology platforms
