This is a small team, high‑ownership role — not ticket‑based — requiring strong communication skills and hands‑on development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.Core RequirementsStrong hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudDeep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, configuration, and UI customization (CSS)Experience designing and supporting complex Salesforce integrationsAbility to work directly with non‑technical stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsComfortable owning features end‑to‑end in a lean team environmentNice‑to‑HaveAWS exposureIntegrations with LMS platforms, reporting/KPI tools, or external data systemsExperience with Gearset, CI/CD, and Salesforce release management best practices
