Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating complex enterprise systems with Salesforce, designing scalable end‑to‑end solutions, and translating business challenges into well‑architected technical designs. This role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing diverse stakeholder groups.

You will work closely with business leaders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors to create robust architectures that enable our digital transformation roadmap. Key Responsibilities- Solution Architecture & Design Lead architecture and solution design across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions aligned to Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards and acquire approvals from Technical Design Authority Translate complex business/ data needs into clear architectural frameworks, solution designs, and technical specifications.

Ensure end‑to‑end integrity of solutions across data, integration, process, and user experience layers. Integration & Data Architecture Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as data platforms, marketing tools, analytics systems, and legacy applications. Define integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, middleware-based), data models, and data governance approaches.

Work with engineering and integration teams to ensure high-quality delivery of APIs, data pipelines, and system interactions. Salesforce Data Cloud Shape the data ingestion, modelling, identity resolution, harmonisation, and activation strategy within Salesforce Data Cloud. Ensure accurate data mapping between GCP/Snowflake/ other On-premise data sources and Salesforce.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to operationalise data pipelines and enhance customer 360 visibility. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and priorities. Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Facilitate architecture discussions, workshops, and decision‑making across cross-functional teams. Delivery Leadership Provide technical oversight during implementation, ensuring design decisions are followed. Drive proactive risk identification, solution validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on and architectural experience in: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) Proven experience designing and delivering complex system integrations (APIs, middleware, events). Solid understanding of data models, data quality, identity management, and activation use cases. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, governance, and best practices.

Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and clearly. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills across business and technical teams. Ability to work proactively, challenge assumptions, and bring structure to ambiguous or complex situations.

Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and supporting PI planning is a plus. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Architect, Integration Architect highly desirable.
