JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Salesforce Scrum Master & Project Manager Mode: Long-term/ongoing 6 month extension process (May/Nov) Location: Remote prefer CST to EST Team: Corporate Systems Team Profile: this role is very much a base as a Scrum Master with the addition of Project management in that this person will "oversee the product and allocate capacity management, oversee the Jira stories, and ensure the team is on task effectively; the selected person will also need to be willing (and able) to put the business analyst hat on and work with teams to build out solutions needed. Blended role of: Scrum Master for CRM development team of 8 developers and 3 QA staff Project Manager for Salesforce initiatives including CRM migration efforts Salesforce Administration (they will not be tinkering in the tool day to day, but must know the system in order to manage the team and create solutions. Business Analyst Rate: We would expect candidate in this role to make around $75/hour share best options.

Overview The Corporate Systems team is seeking a highly analytical, organized, and collaborative Salesforce Scrum Master and Project Manager with advanced Scrum Master, project management and Salesforce Administration expertise. This hybrid role will provide agile facilitation, project management and frontline Salesforce support for a highly customized, enterprise-level Salesforce environment.
This position requires advanced Salesforce administration knowledge, strong project and delivery management capabilities, Scrum Master expertise including backlog management and ceremony facilitation, as well as business analysis capabilities to translate user needs into system solutions. Experience with complex Salesforce environments is required, and Agentforce experience is highly preferred. The candidate will also support and lead UAT efforts, training initiatives, stakeholder communication, and end-user adoption activities.
Summary The Salesforce Scrum Manger and Project Manager will work across the CRM & Event Management product team composed of engineers, admins, analysts and quality engineers to deliver enhancements and maximize platform value using Agile methodologies. The role will planning, coordination, reporting, and communications; facilitate ceremonies for the product team; act as a business analyst to gather requirements and design solutions; support UAT, training, and onboarding; and partner with business stakeholders to drive end-user adoption. Ideal candidates will have Scrum and Project Management experience within a Salesforce-centric environment.
Responsibilities Scrum Responsibilities Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support a structure of continuous improvement by managing retrospective actions to completion Remove impediments through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder coordination Project & Delivery Management Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team execution for Salesforce initiatives Identify, manage, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies Ensure transparency of project status, risks, and release roadmaps Track and report progress against commitments, quality metrics, and delivery outcomes Maintain documentation of business processes, release notes, workflows, and program artifacts Business Analysis & End-User Engagement Work with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable solutions Facilitate UAT sessions and functional demonstrations across multiple teams Lead onboarding, training, and change-management activities Drive user adoption through structured communication and support Build positive team dynamics and strong relationships with customers, users, and technical staff Other Duties as Assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree + 5+ years experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, business analysis, communication, and documentation skills Salesforce Admin Certification preferred Experience working in Agile delivery environments as Scrum Master Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management Ability to foster a data-driven, structured Agile culture Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks; ability to coach teams in Agile best practices Experience leading multi-functional project or scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms Strong leadership presence with accountability for end-to-end delivery Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation Why TalentBurst?
