Job Description
- Develop custom reports and deliverables for internal departments and external client base
- Design automated reporting scripts/schedules to deliver information to the targeted audience
- Consult with end-users to understand and improve ERP related processes
- Validate, test, and implement new modules/features within an application
- Analyze and resolve issues regarding application functionality
- Develop and deliver application training for end-users
- Migrate master data between different data sources
- Assist technology department with maintenance and troubleshooting of technology resources
- At least five years of BI reporting development experience using business intelligence modeling, reporting, and data management tools
- SAP Business One Certification
- Ability to create complex reports using Crystal Reports from multiple data sources
- Understanding of ERP modules related to finance, sales, purchasing, business partners, inventory, and production
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2014 and later) & experience creating scripts and queries
- Knowledge of MS Windows server Active Directory, Group Policy, Terminal Server
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience developing, testing, and implementing macros for business processes within an ERP system
- Ability to troubleshoot event/application logs
- Functional in SAP Business One
