Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Consultant – Module Lead to join our Digital & IT team at L&T Realty. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP modules including Material Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), FICO, and P2P processes. This role involves leading module-specific implementations, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring seamless integration across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP module implementations and enhancements across MM, PS, SD, and FICO.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs.Provide end-to-end support for SAP P2P processes including procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing.Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner.Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades and integrations.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data governance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech); Computer Science or IT specialization preferred.4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting across relevant modules.SAP MM Certification – Mandatory.Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, SD, and FICO modules.Experience in SAP P2P lifecycle and integration with other modules.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Attributes
Ability to work independently and lead module-specific initiatives.Exposure to real estate or infrastructure domain is a plus but not mandatory.Familiarity with SAP best practices and latest updates.
