SAP Consultant

Role Overview: Contractual assignment We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Consultant to manage invoicing operations and vendor coordination. The role will focus on ensuring seamless financial transactions, compliance, and efficient use of systems such as Ariba, SAP, and CLM. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end invoicing processes , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies Work extensively on SAP and Ariba for invoice processing, PO tracking, and payment follow-ups Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and queries Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and ongoing vendor management Ensure adherence to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, including contract validation and tracking Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, and vendor details Monitor and track payment cycles , ensuring timely closure and reporting Support audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements in invoicing and vendor workflows Key Skills & Requirements: Strong working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and CLM systems Experience in invoicing, accounts payable, or vendor management Good understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field 3–6 years of relevant experience in invoicing/vendor operations Experience in media, entertainment, or corporate environments is a plus Success in this Role Looks Like: Accurate and timely invoice processing Strong vendor relationships with minimal escalations Efficient use of systems (SAP/Ariba/CLM) Improved turnaround time and process efficiency If you want, I can make this: more junior/senior level more consulting/contractual tone or tailor it specifically for Sony Pictures Networks India context (more impactful for hiring)
