SAP QM

Lead QM Functional Specification (FS) preparation, including requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation. Perform SAP QM configuration aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Own and drive Functional Unit Testing (FUT), including creation and execution of test scripts.

Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams. Oversee quality lab integration and ensure seamless connectivity with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) systems. Support and deliver regulatory reporting requirements in compliance with business and legal standards.

Coordinate and execute cross-functional testing across SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and system adoption. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability post go-live.
