Roles and Responsibilities / Job Description : * High level responsibilities include defining projects scope, schedule, create/update functional design specs, configure and develop solutions. " Support performance testing of Vistex using different data variants and analyze and resolve defects/issues. " SAP Vistex Consultant will oversee and support project across multiple business functions specializing in SAP Order to Cash, including Billbacks, Trace Sales, Compliance, Membership, Rebates, Accruals, Claims and Settlements. " Ability to transform business needs into technical solutions. Provide guidance to departmental and divisional business /technical management on IT strategies and initiatives. " Analyse and document ongoing internal customer requests for additional features, functionality, integrations, etc " Troubleshooting of SAP Vistex and related third party solutions. " Organizing, implementing and reviewing appropriate testing & quality assurance activities. " Responsibility for primary support (Subject Matter Expert) for the end users in their areas of expertise; providing support and training on current applications. " Interacting with the non-information technology business/technical areas to help prioritize and select enhancements to SAP Vistex. " Participating as an active team member, providing value-added input that others can learn from. Effective listening and collaboration skills. " Supporting and enhancing Vistex integration points to OtC, Finance and Material Master process " Prepare test data for various data objects Vistex. " Creating and uploading master data into Vistex.
