Role-1 Workday Finance Consultant - Projects & Budgetary Controls:
Key Responsibilities Reimplement existing Workday Projects configuration with no major redesign Deliver minor enhancements to: Business processes-Security roles Validation, condition, and eligibility rules Perform projects data conversion, including: Active and basic projects- Project hierarchies Project plans (phases and tasks)- Resource plans
Role assignments on projects Ensure continuity of project structures and accurate financial reporting post divestiture Reimplement and stabilise existing Workday Budgetary Controls configuration Apply controlled updates to processes, security, and validation rules Perform budget data conversion, including: Current year budget data Assist with reconciliation and governance checks during cutover and stabilization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands on experience with Workday Financial Management, especially: Projects Budgetary Controls Proven experience configuring or supporting:Business Process Framework (BPF) Security and domain permissions Validation, condition, and eligibility rules Experience working on divestiture, carve out, or post go live stabilization initiatives Strong understanding of project financial controls, budgeting, and governance
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday projects and Budgets. Integration experience (EIB, Core Connectors; Workday Studio familiarity. Exposure to Workday best practices. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA/CA, MCIPS, or relevant degree). Experience in complex programs (greenfield implementations, global rollouts, M&A, divestments).
Role-2-Workday HCM Functional
Plan, configure, deploy and maintain Oracle HCM solution as result of divestiture Closely working with the client business partners and SMEs to familiarise them with the Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities and support them in their transformation journey. You will be responsible for a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, data migration documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care and transition to the support organisation. Qualifications and experience: Strong Workday experience.
Minimum 5+ years HR experience such as Workday Implementation Experience at Senior level Workday HCM or Pro certifications will be preferred. Minimum 10 years relevant IT technical experience in the delivery and/or operations of software systems. 5+ years of experience in integrating multi-application and cross-partner business IT solutions.5 years+ HCM experience with successful technology projects, including multiple implementation or AMS projects
Role-3-Workday Finance Consultant - FDM & Accounting
Reimplement existing Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) and Worktags with no major redesign to new tenant. Deliver minor, targeted changes to business processes, security, and validation rules Support organisation and hierarchy updates related to divestiture activity Troubleshoot finance processing issues and ensure error free transactions Perform finance data conversion. Work closely with finance, data, and testing teams during cutover and stabilisation Collaborate with Finance teams, PMO, HR, Procurement, and IT to ensure aligned processes across Workday.
Facilitate design workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities. Develop documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, process maps, and training materials Participate in Workday enhancement cycles, new module rollouts, and semi annual Workday releases. Manage requirement gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Act as a Workday SME during system audits and compliance reviews Required Skills & Qualifications

Role-4- HR POR - Workday Integration Experience in EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services API Extensive experience with Workday Project Lifecyle with common integration problems, such as security, data conversion, and various implementation approaches. Knowledge of XML Schema and XPATH. Basic developer knowledge of Web Services (understanding of SOAP, WSDL and close relationship to Schema language); integration using Web Service toolkits or platforms (WSDL consumer) Data Manipulation using EXCEL Knowledge of HR, Benefits and Payroll systems and Integration approaches Experience developing integrations to/from HR/Benefits/Payroll applications
Role-5-Workday Integration + StudioWorkday Studio is a must. Integration Requirements, Definition - Investigate the business and technical requirements for the Workday solution, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements, and achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities. Design the Workday solution to meet the needs.
Integration development using Vendor-provided Integration Tools - Developing the integration between the Workday solution and other client-related HR technology solutions Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify the required aspects of the integrations Application Testing - Assist clients with the testing of the Workday solution and the corresponding integrations. Testing is driven by the scenarios from the implementation team. Production Support - Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post-deployment.
Production Rollout - Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment. Takes timely, appropriate actions that address stakeholder needs/expectations Identify and manage issue resolution including escalation as needed Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management. Works with senior-level management for understanding future priorities and plans Develop & manage communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration.
