Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, deploy, and operationalize analytics, fraud, and security intelligence solutions using the SAS Viya platform.Build and maintain applications leveraging SAS Visual Investigator (VI) for case management, entity resolution, and link analysis.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics (VA) to support data exploration and business insights.Implement SAS Visual Text Analytics (VTA) solutions, including NLP, text mining, and text classification use cases.Develop and deploy analytical models and rule-based detection logic within SAS Viya.Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Provide application support, including enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect analysis, and resolution.Support production environments and ensure application stability, performance, and availability.Manage and implement change requests based on evolving business and regulatory requirements.Collaborate effectively with software engineers, QA testers, business analysts, and project managers. Mandatory Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a SAS Developer.Strong hands-on experience with the SAS Viya platform.Proven experience with:SAS Visual Investigator (VI) – case management, entity resolution, link analysisSAS Visual Analytics (VA) – dashboards, reporting, data visualizationSAS Visual Text Analytics (VTA) – NLP, text analytics, text classificationSolid understanding of SAS Viya architecture, including microservices and the CAS engine.Experience in developing and deploying analytical models and rule-based detection logic on SAS Viya.Hands-on experience with SAS ETL tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide and/or SAS Data Integration Studio.Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.Proficiency in Linux (RHEL 7.6 or higher) and command-line operations.Experience with enterprise job schedulers such as Control-M or equivalent. Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.SAS Certifications (Associate / Specialist) are preferred.
