Sauna & Steam Customer Support Specialist (Mechanical Focus)

Job Description
This is a hands-on customer support role focused on helping customers troubleshoot and complete real-world sauna and steam projects. You'll be working with physical systems such as wiring, plumbing, and installation conditions-not software or IT systems.
Bathing Brands - a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of sauna and steam environments - is seeking someone who is mechanically curious, enjoys problem solving, and can confidently guide customers through solutions over the phone and email.
You don't need prior sauna or steam experience - we'll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand how things work, ask the right questions, and help customers move forward with confidence.
This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working through real-world challenges and are looking for an opportunity to build specialized knowledge in a growing, hands-on industry.
