Are you a Revit and point cloud specialist who's ready to build something?

Arcline Geomatics is a UK-founded geomatics data processing company based in Hyderabad. We deliver Revit models, measured building drawings, and BIM outputs to UK surveying and engineering firms - and we're hiring our first senior technical person on the ground.

This isn't a corporate role inside a large firm. You'll be the technical lead from day one - hands-on with point cloud data, delivering to UK clients, and growing a team beneath you as we scale.

What you'll do: Process point cloud data from Trimble X9, Leica, and FARO scanners in RealWorks and ReCap Build Revit models to LOD 300/400 - architectural, structural, MEP Produce 2D measured building drawings to UK client specification Own quality - QA every deliverable before it leaves Arcline Set standards, naming conventions, and ISO 19650 workflows Recruit and lead junior BIM technicians as the team grows

What we need: 6-10 years in Scan-to-BIM or BIM modelling from survey data At least 2 years in a lead, coordinator, or senior role Expert Revit - independent modelling to LOD 300/400 Hands-on point cloud software - RealWorks, ReCap, Cyclone or equivalent Good written English for UK client communication Someone who came up through the technical ranks - not a manager who never did the work
