Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in an educational setting during the 2026-2027 academic year. This position offers part-time hours, with the flexibility to work 2-3 days each week, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced schedule.
You will play a vital role in helping students thrive across a diverse range of ages, from preschoolers through participants in the 18-22 transition program.Key Qualifications:Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist Prior experience providing OT services in a school environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Reliable and organized, with the flexibility to travel within the district Commitment to supporting a diverse student population Role Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students as designated by IEPs Serve multiple school sites within the district, supporting students from preschool to young adults in transition programs Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement strategies for student success Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and progress reports Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as required Help foster an inclusive, supportive school environment that empowers every student This opportunity allows you to work closely with a dynamic education team, supporting learners’ growth and independence while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional weekday.If you’re an experienced school-based OT ready to make a meaningful impact, don’t miss your chance.
