This rewarding, full-time role runs from August 10, 2026, through October 30, 2026, and involves providing vital PT services during a 12-week maternity leave coverage.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across several school sites as an itinerant therapist, developing meaningful relationships with students and staff while delivering exceptional care.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with faculty, tailoring intervention plans, and ensuring students receive the physical therapy they need to thrive during their academic journey. While the primary caseload will be determined closer to the assignment start, you can expect to support a variety of age groups in a dynamic school-based environment.Qualifications & Experience:Active Florida Department of Health Physical Therapy license (required)Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valuedPhysical therapy expertise and enthusiasm for working with children and adolescentsWillingness to travel between multiple school locations as neededCapability to complete required fingerprinting and obtain a JLA badge in a timely mannerPrimary Duties:Assess, plan, and deliver individualized physical therapy interventions to studentsCollaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and familiesMaintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes per school requirementsOffer training and resources to staff and families as appropriateThis is an on-site only position, offering the unique chance to make a difference in students’ lives right in their schools.
