Position Summary
- Sr. Scrum Master position to start in May 2026 / June 2026
- Positions available with enterprise financial services, payment services, and large corporations
- Required to be located in Cincinnati, OH for onsite work schedule
General Qualifications
- Solid understanding and background leveraging of the Scrum Framework and principles of agility in IT development team environment.
- Building high performing teams that utilize inspect and adapt loops to continuously learn and improve.
- Critical and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Present, teach, mentor, and facilitate at multiple levels of the organization, particularly inside a technical team environment.
- Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consultation with users and product owners about hardware, software, or system function specifications related to application modernization initiatives.
- Collaborates with other team members; values team success over individual success.
- Continuous learning regarding Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitating, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, listening for self and team.
- Understanding and leveraging software lifecycle development disciplines – Project Management, Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance & Testing (BDD/TDD), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.
Compensation & Benefits
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre‑tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked‑in state/locality.
