Are you a seasoned Scrum Master passionate about Agile principles and driving team success? We’re looking for an experienced leader to help us deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience: 8–10+ years in Agile/Scrum roles

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead all ceremonies—Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and Coach Agile Teams: Mentor teams and stakeholders on Scrum values and practices.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively eliminate blockers to ensure team momentum.
• Foster Collaboration: Build strong, communicative, high-performing teams.
• Support Product Owner: Assist with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Monitor Progress: Track and report on team metrics (burn-down, velocity, etc.).
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback-driven process improvements.
• Champion Agile Principles: Advocate Agile values across the organization.
• Manage Scope and Timelines: Balance deliverables with team capacity to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor Team Members: Uplift team capabilities through coaching and support.

Ideal Candidate:

8–10+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

Experience scaling Agile in large organizations

Familiarity with DevOps, SDLC, and Lean principles

Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar

Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable in fast-paced, technical environments
